Mercie Loftus is a seasoned entrepreneur and business development expert with over 15 years of experience, now leading her latest venture, MDL Consultants. With a successful track record that began in 2007, Mercie has co-founded and led multiple thriving businesses, including Beautif-EYE, a renowned specialty spa in Scottsdale. There, she oversaw operations for more than 100 employees, managed a client database of over 26,000, and drove strategic growth through her expertise in marketing, business management, and operations.

Mercie’s journey started in corporate accounting after graduating from California State University, Long Beach. She worked with Fortune 500 companies like JDA Software and BF Goodrich Aerospace, where she developed a strong foundation in financial analysis and operational strategy. This experience laid the groundwork for her entrepreneurial success and the ability to provide comprehensive business development solutions.

In addition to her business acumen, Mercie has dedicated herself to philanthropy, serving as a board member for the Arthritis Foundation since 2017, where she’s raised hundreds of thousands of dollars through events like the Celebrity Golf Tournament and Taste of Brunch. Her leadership in the nonprofit sector expanded further when she was recruited by St. Jude/ALSAC in 2022 to join as a committee member and was quickly promoted to chairwoman for the Arizona division. In this role, she launched an inaugural event called Oasis of Hope, which succeeded in raising over $500,000 in its first year.

Through MDL Consultants, Mercie offers small businesses personalized strategies in Business Development, Contract Review, Employment Advisory, and Concept Creation. Her mission is to empower businesses to grow and succeed by providing expert guidance at every stage, from inception to expansion.
